Forward By Day is more than a book to me; it’s a reminder that no matter what life throws your way, your story doesn’t have to end where your struggles begin.

Writing this book was about capturing the realities of life, the battles we fight in silence, the mistakes that shape us, and the strength it takes to keep moving forward when giving up seems easier. Every chapter represents the belief that no matter how dark yesterday was, there is still purpose in tomorrow.

My hope is that readers see a piece of themselves in these pages and find the motivation to keep pushing, keep growing, and never allow their circumstances to define their future.

I wrote this for everyone who has ever been counted out, misunderstood, or forced to find strength when they had nothing left to give.
